Terms of Service

Welcome to The Celestials. By accessing our website, commissioning our event architecture team, or utilizing our spatial designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Commissioning and Engagement

The Celestials specializes in high-concept event architecture, spatial scenography, and luxury coordination. All project briefs, 3D simulations, and structural schedules require a signed Service Agreement and retainer payment before active design works commence.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative assets, including 3D layouts, floral drafts, lighting spectra charts, and event blueprints created by our design team remain the intellectual property of The Celestials. Clients are granted a limited license to execute the design layout solely for the specified date and venue specified in their Service Agreement.

3. Vendor Management & Executions

While we coordinate the vendor matrix on behalf of our clients with white-glove precision, individual vendor delivery agreements (such as hotel catering, private transit, or venue hire) are bound directly between the client and the respective third-party vendor. The Celestials is not liable for structural failures caused by third-party vendor defaults.

4. Cancellations and Postponement

In the event of cancellation or postponement of a legacy commission, client terms, rescheduling windows, and structural retainer refunds will be governed by the specific provisions outlined in the signed Service Agreement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
